Marina Forney Signature
Vevey-based food photographer Marina Forney has created a poetic, delicate photograph in which skilfully directed lighting forms an abstract, diamond-shaped silhouette of light. A subtle play of light and shadow, inviting contemplation.
History
Obtained from a cross between Cornalin and an unknown grape variety, Humagne Rouge was imported from the Aosta Valley in the late nineteenth century. Popular with winemakers and wine-lovers, Humagne Rouge has forged a true Valais identity.
Vinification
For more than 12 months, this wine is aged in oak barrels, which softens its tannins and gives it good ageing potential.
Gastronomy
It is a delicious wine for game, red meats and strong cheeses.
