History
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are two grape varieties that can be thought of as cousins in most wine regions. They adapt perfectly to both the climate and soil of Valais.
Vinification
This wine has been traditionally vinified in our tanks, and it thus retains all of its flavour and original aromas.
Gastronomy
Excellent with red meat, game, pasta dishes with rich sauces, young or extensively mature cheeses.
