History
Originally from Greece, Muscat Blanc is a delicate and sensitive grape variety, with grapes that ripen unevenly. The small grain variety, grown in Valais, produces a dry wine that is tonic and very aromatic.
Vinification
This wine has been traditionally vinified in our tanks, and it thus retains all of its flavour and exotic aromas.
Gastronomy
Fresh and fragrant wine to enjoy while it is young, it can be had as an appetiser, with a warm salad, lobster bisque or as a dessert wine.
