History
A grape that is typical in Valais, Humagne Blanche was mentioned for the first time in 1313 in the register of Anniviers. Widely cultivated until the nineteenth century, its sensitivity and low yields almost made it disappear in the early twentieth century. When taken care of and planted on a hillside, this variety makes it possible to obtain a very pure, elegant and subtle wine.
Vinification
This wine has been traditionally vinified in our tanks, and it thus retains all of its flavour and exotic aromas.
Gastronomy
Pleasant as an appetiser, its flavours go well with terrines, white meats, fish and all cheeses.
