GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
Situated in Languedoc, some 40 km south of Narbonne, the vines benefit from an exceptional sub-soil of clay-limestone and small stones which enables excellent soil drainage.
WINEMAKING
Mechanical harvesting and manual sorting at the vatting stage. Traditional winemaking process using thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with successive pumping over and clarification to extract the tannins and substances and achieve a pleasant aromatic concentration.
GASTRONOMY
