History
A grape variety of Malvoisie, Pinot Gris is a natural variation in colour of Pinot Noir by spontaneous mutation. The variety Pinot Gris, just as Pinot Noir, is compact and enjoys the hottest and most airy Valais hillsides.
Vinification
This wine has been traditionally vinified in our tanks, and it thus retains all of its flavour and fruity aromas.
Gastronomy
This wine is perfect as an appetiser, goes well when consumed with pastry and ice cream.
