History
Germanier – Cave du Tunnel aims to increasingly support culture as well as pushing the artistic brief even further. They therefore approached Cyrielle Formaz, an author and composer from Valais, to apply her vision and sensibilities to create the label. And, as with her music, she created the visual for this cru with a sweet and light vibe. A free-moving dancer, twirling through fields of flowers. Light and intoxicated with life, she invites us to revitalise ourselves, in this ‘temps des cerises’ (cherry season).
Winemaking
Traditional, in stainless steel vats, without malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
Gastronomy
This wine is perfectly adapted to the sweetness of springtime and is the perfect accompaniment to cold dishes, BBQs, spicy food or a cocktail buffet.
