History
In the 90s, Jacques Germanier decided to expand his business by acquiring an area of nearly 120 hectares in South Africa. Since then, he markets several South Africans wines worldwide.
Vinification
A blend of different South African varieties combining suppleness and freshness. Rosé wines are generally red wines that haven’t been fermented. This means that the grape juice when pressed does not ferment with the skin that transmits the colour. This blend of different grape varieties makes this a very fruity wine.
Gastronomy
This wine goes wonderfully with rillettes, sausages, avocado, salads, red and white meats and soft cheeses.
