Pinot Gris
With its golden colour, this Pinot Gris has a complex bouquet hinting of of plum, honey, candied fruit and spices. Both tender and strong, it is soft and creamy on the palate.
History
Planted in Valais in the nineteenth century, the variety Pinot Gris, just as Pinot Noir, is compact and enjoys the hottest and most airy Valais hillsides.
Vinification
This wine has been traditionally vinified in our tanks, and it thus retains all of its flavour and fruity aromas.
Gastronomy
This wine is perfect as an appetiser, goes well when consumed with pastry and ice cream.
