HISTORY

Amigne is an old cultivar typical from Switzerland, perhaps imported by romans. At the beginning of the twentieth century, this grape variety was only found in rare spots on the hillside of Vetroz. This cultivar is today one of the most beautiful specialities from the Wallis. This late ripping grape can produce both dry wine and sweet wine. It creates a wine with notes of oranges and tangerine which is rich and often slightly smooth with a good aging potential.

VINIFICATION

This wine has been traditionally vinified in our tanks, and it thus retains all of its flavour and fruity aromas.

GASTRONOMY

This wine can be enjoyed on his own. It pairs well with with warm starters, goat liver or risotto as well as with a desert.
